A leading private insurance company with more than two decades of experience across liability, marine, and travel insurance was looking to scale its digital front-end systems as it worked toward becoming India's No. 1 private insurer. The Approach

A hybrid cloud architecture built for automated scaling

Rather than replacing the existing private cloud, Flentas used it as part of the target architecture. Front-end applications were moved to AWS, where they could scale resources based on demand while maintaining connectivity with the existing environment.

    The hybrid environment was connected using Amazon VPC, AWS Direct Connect, Site-to-Site VPN, and AWS Transit Gateway. This provided secure and reliable connectivity between the private cloud and AWS.

    The architecture also incorporated real-time monitoring, threat detection, and automated failover. A multi-zone deployment improved availability, while automation helped the environment respond to changing workloads.
